DC Govinda reddy has been declared as YSRCP Candidate for MLC Elections of AP Legislative council from June 1st,Party Cheif YS Jagan took this decision and he gave away the name of his today.Jagan after his consultaion with MLAs and Senior Leaders took this decision onto the favour of party and party head declared teh name.Govinda reddy from Kadapa Budwel was an MLA from 2004 – 09 , He worked as Deputy commissioner in Transport department until 2001.After leaving the job he worked as Observer of Nellore and Ongole , Chittoor for congress party under YSR stand
